Upper upscale and luxury hotel brands gaining larger share of business traveler market

A recent hotel chain survey conducted by Business Travel News should make those of us with upper upscale and luxury hotel brands in our portfolio feeling pretty good.

Why?

The results showed improving buyer satisfaction in all classes, but the highest increase was with upper upscale and luxury hotel brands.

All signs point to that trend continuing as we head into 2015, which should make for some interesting conversations at the January ALIS conference.
